vents in your furnance room. The vent is required by Denver Building codes to allow proper ventilation for the HVAC system and Water heater. Every Unit has these vents and the vents must not ever be blocked. Since parking Space #37 was added after the condo map was filed with Denver County, the Board felt it was important to make sure the parking garage remains in compliance with Denver County Zoning Codes. The minimum space required by code between the north wall and the pillar of parking space 37 is 23 feet. The actual distance is only 19 feet, so the space will have to be removed to be in compliance Denver Zoning Code.
